Thank you for choosing ISP to assist you with your housing needs in California and Hawaii. Finding housing that is safe and affordable can sometimes be overwhelming. We take pride in offering you a quality program that will provide you with excellent housing choices and support during your stay.

Since 1992, we have successfully placed thousands of international students in all of our distinct programs. Our programs provide international students with an intimate look at American culture and exposure to the English language. We work hard to place each student in a living situation where they will feel comfortable and secure. We also offer programs for short-term intensive groups, summer interns, and visiting scholars.

ISP also offers guardianship service for minor children studying in the U.S. for one or more academic years. Students do not need to be enrolled in the ISP program in order to qualify. Many middle schools and high schools require an assigned guardian in order for a foreign student to be enrolled. ISP can offer this!
